CJ Dillon, Office Manager
The Office Manager is Carol Jean (CJ) Dillon. CJ has worked for the District since 1997. She leads the customer service functions of establishing new accounts, preparing and issuing bills for service, taking work order requests, and coordinating all other office activities. CJ lives within minutes of the District Office, has three grown children, and was born and raised in Oxnard. CJ is ably assisted by Customer Representatives Marie Pena and Erika Davis.
